Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5–7 years of leadership experience in clinical operations within a healthcare setting.
Expertise in EMR optimization and clinical workflow management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead Physician Operations: Optimize schedules, clinic flow, and EMR systems to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Drive Nursing Excellence: Oversee inpatient and outpatient nursing teams, fostering a culture of compassion and clinical precision.
Advance Clinical Research: Support innovative research initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Streamline Patient Access: Manage intake and new patient flow for a smooth, welcoming experience.
Monitor Clinical Performance: Track and improve key metrics tied to our Management Agreement.
Empower Clinical Staff: Supervise and develop MAs, LPNs, and other support staff to deliver exceptional care.
