Primary Responsibilities: The Clinical Operation Analyst is responsible for the implementation, management, and sustainability of assigned departments and projects Demonstrates the skill of leading and coordinating, ability to work independently or with minimal supervision within one or multiple departments and locations, and completing projects related to strategic, financial, and market development activities and initiatives Ensures projects are completed on time and that each project has a clear path to sustaining the changes to ensure that high efficiencies are continued Responsible for project communication and management of numerous internal and external stakeholders and regularly provides and disseminates project analysis, assignments, timelines, and progress reports to various levels of leadership, as appropriate You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical project management role or 2+ years of previous healthcare experience functioning in a lead capacity managing multiple, highly complex projects or 1 year of experience as a KSC Admin Fellow
  • Solid project management, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
  • Solid communication skills with solid negotiation skills and ability to lead without authority
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Capable of working independently or with minimum supervision
  • Ability to analyze data and provide synopsis
  • Ability to solve problems in a complex, multifunctional group
  • Ability to create a trusting, positive, and supportive work environment
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette, able to adhere to professional standards

Nice To Haves

  • PMP
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience with EMR systems such as Epic
