About The Position
The Clinical and Operational Performance Manager (COPM) provides management and oversight of all clinical and operational analytics as well as development and execution of necessary performance improvement deliverables within the Cardiovascular Service Line (CVSL) at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). This position is critical for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within the cardiology department by overseeing data analysts responsible for extracting and managing crucial data from various cardiology databases. The COPM will combine quality coordination and management responsibilities to ensure comprehensive oversight of quality initiatives essential for accreditation compliance and improved patient care outcomes.
