We are looking to hire a Clinical Office Secretary! As a Clinical Office Secretary at MercyOne Genesis, you will work independently to complete data entry of physician diagnostic orders, processing of patient registration and scheduling information, and provides results reporting to referring physicians. You will also serve as a patient/family receptionist and provides information for inter and intradepartmental inquiries from patients, family, physicians, and others. Schedule : 6:30 am - 3:00 pm No weekends Holiday rotation

Requirements

• No experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Complete data entry of physician diagnostic orders
• Process patient registration and scheduling information
• Provide results reporting to referring physicians
• Serve as a patient/family receptionist
• Provide information for inter and intradepartmental inquiries from patients, family, physicians, and others
