We are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining efficient operations to support our clinical teams. We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Office Manager LVN to oversee key operational areas, including supplies, physician orders, medical records, durable medical equipment (DME), and rehospitalization tracking. This role is based in our Burlingame, CA office and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements

  • 2+ years of Home Health or Hospice operations experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems such as Kinnser and Google Suite.
  • Hands on experience of clinical office operations of Home Health or Hospice
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supply inventory and vendor relationships to ensure efficient ordering.
  • Oversee physician orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, EHR).
  • Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and distribution of DME.
  • Track and analyze re-hospitalizations, identifying process improvements.
  • Act as liaison between clinical field staff, client, physician, family members, and other client-appointed individuals, and reports all information to those involved in the care of the client in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates care with other clinical management team members for PT, OT, speech therapy, etc
  • Supervise and mentor the operations team to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Directly evaluate and oversee all Home Health intakes, admissions and ongoing care.
