We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Office Manager LVN to oversee key operational areas, including supplies, physician orders, medical records, durable medical equipment (DME), and reh-ospitalization tracking. This role is based in our Burlingame, CA office and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements
- 2+ years of Home Health or Hospice MANAGING OFFICE operations experience.
- LVN License
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Kinnser.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare industry regulations
Responsibilities
- Manage supply inventory and vendor relationships to ensure efficient ordering.
- Oversee physician orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, EHR).
- Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and distribution of DME.
- Track and analyze re-hospitalizations, identifying process improvements.
- Act as liaison between clinical field staff, client, physician, family members, and other client-appointed individuals, and reports all information to those involved in the care of the client in a timely manner.
- Coordinates care with other clinical management team members for PT, OT, speech therapy, etc
- Supervise and mentor the operations team to drive efficiency and performance.
- Directly evaluate and oversee all Home Health intakes, admissions and ongoing care.
