Position Overview As a Clinical Office Assistant , you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and field staff . This role blends front-office responsibilities with administrative and coordination support to keep daily operations running smoothly. You will work closely with the Site Director and clinical team to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to quickly learn healthcare and industry-specific software
• Valid driver’s license for occasional errands (mileage reimbursed)

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems while providing excellent customer service
• Greet visitors and assist patients and staff with inquiries
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and professional office environment
• Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and other communications
• Make follow-up calls to staff and patients as needed
• Monitor and restock office and clinical supplies
• Assist with planning staff events and office celebrations
• Prepare new hire and patient admission packets
