Sodexo is seeking an Entry Level Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our dynamic team at Mt. San Antonio Gardens in Pomona, CA. This 500-bed upscale continuing care retirement community offers residents a rewarding, active lifestyle, as well as comprehensive healthcare services. This position CNM will oversee the clinical nutrition programs of the skilled nursing facility, specialized memory unit, assisted living and independent living. This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced Dietitian! Start with 3 Weeks' Vacation and 3 Personal Days! No Weekends! Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal Money toward continuing education events Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with clinical experience
• Proven supervisory or management experience, preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Be a self-starter and a team player
• A track record of proactive interaction with the medical team
• Strong employee relation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to skilled nursing and/or rehab residents
• Consistently meet DOH/state/federal and company standards
• Provide clinical oversight of the skilled nursing patients
• Provide clinical oversight of the AL and IL residents as needed
• Perform quality improvement initiatives such as test trays, food service audits and meal rounds as needed
• Be responsible for managing and developing the clinical nutrition and wellness programs
