About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager 2 to join our dynamic team at Hollenbeck Palms in Los Angeles, CA. This vibrant, upscale continuing care retirement community offers residents a rewarding, active lifestyle, as well as comprehensive healthcare services. The CNM will oversee the clinical nutrition programs of a 59-bed skilled nursing unit and will be involved in kitchen operations, managing a team of 10-12 dietary aides.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with clinical experience.
• Proven supervisory or management experience, preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Be a self-starter and a team player.
• A track record of proactive interaction with the medical team.
• Strong employee relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to skilled nursing and/or rehab residents.
• Consistently meet DOH/state/federal and company standards.
• Provide clinical oversight of the skilled nursing patients.
• Oversee 10-12 dietary aides to manage operations of the skilled nursing kitchen.
• Be responsible for managing and developing the clinical nutrition and wellness programs.
