About The Position

As a Clinical Nutrition Assistant at AdventHealth Littleton, you will play a vital role in processing new diet menus or changes to existing diets, assisting patients with menu selection, updating and printing nourishment labels, and providing administrative support to the Nutrition department. This position is essential in ensuring that patients receive the appropriate meals according to their dietary needs, while also delivering excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members.

Responsibilities

• Processes new diet menus or changes to existing diets or menus.
• Assists patients with menu selection.
• Updates and prints nourishment labels.
• Performs data entry and assists with meal service as assigned.
• Answers incoming calls for room service and assists patients with menu selections.
• Prepares individual diet slips for meal trays and tallies portions and kinds of food for each type of diet.
