About The Position
The Clinical Manager (CM) is responsible for assisting the Nursing Director/associate nursing director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit staff. The CM will ensure patient and staff satisfaction; maintain a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors; ensure standards and quality of care are maintained; and ensure alignment with JPA's mission.
