About The Position

We are looking for a clinical nurse with experience in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Care to join our (WOC) Team. Our team delivers comprehensive care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment across both inpatient and outpatient settings. We are a robust team of 20+ Board Certified Nurses by the WOCNCB. You will provide specialized nursing care to hospitalized oncology patients with complex wounds, perform detailed assessments, and develop treatment plans to optimize wound healing and patient outcomes. You will also work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide education, support, and continuity of care throughout the various stages of treatment and follow-up. Implement the nursing process for medical and surgical patients requiring intensive monitoring and nursing interventions in our WOC Team. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate continuity of care. Provide outstanding patient centered care to our patients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1.5 - 2 years of Clinical RN experience in an acute care setting
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing required
  • Current New York State RN License
  • BCLS Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Wound/Ostomy care experience highly preferred
  • CWOCN preferred, or currently enrolled in a WOC Education Program
