About The Position

The Clinic Supervisor leads the strategic and operational management of the Care Ring Clinic, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of medical services to patients in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. This role emphasizes operational excellence, process improvement, and administrative leadership while maintaining clinical expertise to provide backup support when needed. The Supervisor drives organizational effectiveness through workflow optimization, implementation of standard operating procedures, quality improvement initiatives, and team leadership. With upcoming expansions including Medicaid integration, the Supervisor will play a critical role in adapting clinic operations to meet evolving healthcare needs while maintaining the core mission of serving the community. This position focuses primarily on administrative functions, strategic planning, and systems optimization, with clinical responsibilities limited to backup coverage during staff absences or high-demand periods.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or South Carolina
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory care or primary care settings
  • Minimum 2-3 years of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated success in operational management, process improvement, and workflow optimization
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with electronic health record systems and practice management software
