About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to provide hands on clinical leadership and operational oversight within our outpatient clinic. This role oversees both Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants and ensures patients receive safe, consistent, and high quality care delivered according to established protocols. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor serves as a key liaison between clinical staff and leadership and plays an important role in patient experience, staff development, and overall clinic performance. BONUS - $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS UPON COMPLETION OF 6 MONTHS OF CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Prior experience as a charge nurse, lead nurse, or clinical supervisor required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced clinical environment
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 1 year of ICU, Emergency Room, or Critical Care nursing experience required
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing clinical staff
  • Patient focused and compassionate approach to care delivery
  • Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records and clinical systems
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily clinical operations across nursing and medical assistant teams
  • Provide direct clinical supervision and leadership to RNs and Medical Assistants
  • Ensure patient care is delivered consistently and according to clinical protocols and standards
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Address patient concerns and resolve care or service delivery issues in real time
  • Support onboarding, training, competency validation, and ongoing development of clinical staff
  • Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and workflow optimization
  • Monitor clinic performance, compliance, infection control, and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain clinical supplies, inventory levels, and submit supply requests as needed
  • Prepare and review productivity, quality, and performance metrics
  • Promote a professional, collaborative, and accountable team culture
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements
  • Escalate clinical, staffing, or operational concerns to leadership as appropriate
