About The Position

Accountable for overall quality of patient care delivered. Responsible for providing leadership and direction to nursing staff. Functions in nurse manager role in his/her absence. Directs the development of orientees. Performs floor nursing as needed.

Requirements

• Current Arkansas Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Two to five years of clinical nursing experience with expertise in designated clinical area.
• Prior experience as nursing supervisor or in a leadership role such as charge nurse strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in nursing orientation/education.
• Must be ACLS and CPR certified.
