In this role, you’ll: Lead evidence-based nursing practices that elevate patient outcomes and support our ICU teams. Partner with nursing leadership to drive meaningful change at the bedside and beyond. Mentor and educate nurses, empowering them to deliver exceptional care with confidence. Collaborate across disciplines to design and implement safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care strategies. Influence nursing practice locally and nationally through research, policy, and innovation.
