About The Position

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in the Cardiac Division at AH Carolinas Medical Center is responsible for providing advanced nursing care and expertise in the management of patients with cardiac conditions. The CNS will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement evidence-based practices, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the quality of care provided to patients. This position requires a strong clinical background in cardiology and the ability to lead and mentor nursing staff.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN license in North Carolina.
  • Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cardiology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in cardiology.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
