About The Position

To provide oversight for infusions being administered in our ambulatory infusion centers. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed. Service Areas: Palm Coast, FL. May float to nearby clinics as needed.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice
Experience in family physician setting; possesses strong knowledge of chronic disease states as well as current and emerging therapies.
BLS or obtained upon hire.
Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
Assist with policy, procedure, and protocol development as needed.
Able to work as a team member with all members of PIS. Working alongside with nurses and other NPs/MDs.
Able to perform nursing functions as needed.
Oversee the infusions being administered in the AIC.
Travel to other AICs when needed for staffing coverage.
Maintains strong knowledge of all existing and developing infusion therapies.
