The Clinical Nurse Outpatient Radiation Oncology Breast Clinic plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care within the Radiation Oncology Breast Clinic, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and compassionate services across the care continuum. In this environment, the Clinical Nurse Outpatient Radiation Oncology Breast Clinic supports direct patient care, contributes to clinical research activity, and upholds institutional standards through safe practice, continuous learning, and patient advocacy. The Clinical Nurse Outpatient Radiation Oncology Breast Clinic collaborates with physicians, clinical teams, patients, and families to deliver excellent care and optimize clinical effectiveness. The ideal candidate is an experienced outpatient nurse with oncology or radiation oncology background, Epic proficiency, and skill in IV and PAC access. A nursing degree, Texas RN license, and required life support certifications, along with strong clinical judgment and patient-centered practice, will support success in this role. Based on the annual salary range of $68,000.00–$105,000.00–$142,000.00, the hourly breakdown (40-hour work week) is: Minimum $32.69 – Midpoint $50.48 – Maximum $68.27. The typical work schedule is primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with some early evening shifts (up to 7:00pm), weekend shifts, and some holidays required. Why Us?
