If your competencies align with this role, we'd love to stay connected and keep you informed about future opportunities! Role Overview: Provide primary nursing care in the Operating Room. Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterile and ready. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections. Ensure that the surgical team adheres to aseptic techniques. Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during the procedure. Monitor the patient's vital signs and communicate any changes to the surgical team. Act as the patient's advocate, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the procedure. Accurately document the surgical procedure, including the instruments used, the patient's condition, and any occurrences during surgery.
