About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Fairfax, VA Assistive Care team. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring clients receive the best possible care while supporting and empowering our caregiving team.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years of RN experience required
- Supervisory/leadership experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and mentor caregivers to uphold BAYADA’s highest care standards.
- Conduct client assessments throughout Fairfax, VA and surrounding areas.
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution.
- Supervise Home Health Aides in the field to ensure quality and compliance.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Perform skills competencies for both new and tenured staff.
