Clinical Nurse Manager

Lead Nursing Across Our Community Hospital As our Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll have broad ownership of nursing operations across both our Emergency Room and Inpatient units. In a 20-bed community hospital, you're not siloed; you're connected to the full patient journey. You'll manage staffing, compliance, scheduling, and performance for both departments, work closely with the Director of Nursing, and step onto the ER floor when the team needs you most. If you've spent your career managing one corner of a massive system and wondering what it would feel like to actually own something, this is it.
Requirements
- 3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience
- Active, unrestricted RN license with hands-on ER background (required)
- ADN from an accredited program
- Joint Commission preparation experience
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same
Nice To Haves
- BSN strongly preferred
