About The Position
Cascade Medical , in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, is looking for a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager . Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse Manager provides leadership and oversight for safe, evidence-based, patient and family-centered care within the Emergency Department, Acute Care Units (including observation, inpatient, and swing bed), Endoscopy, and Wound Care Programs. This role also serves as Trauma Program Manager and Registrar, ensuring trauma program operations, case reviews, and registry compliance. The Manager supports Cascade Medical's mission and values by promoting clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and responsible resource stewardship.
