About The Position
The Clinical Nurse Manager II – General Wards, will be accountable for the management of the ward. The CNMII will ensure that services are provided in a patient centred manner and will have a pivotal role in the service planning, coordination and management of activity and resources within the clinical area. The main responsibilities are: professional / clinical leadership, quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, facilitating communication and ensuring safe, efficient and effective service.
