About The Position

The Nurse Manager on the concierge floor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of personalized high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of concierge patients. This role combines clinical expertise with administrative leadership to ensure exceptional service and patient satisfaction. This position will be responsible for patient care management, staff leadership, operational oversight, quality assurance, and inter-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited technical or NLN-approved RN program required.
• BSN preferred. Must obtain BSN within 2 years of hire date.
• Minimum of 2 years hospital experience preferred
• 1 to 3 years of management experience preferred
• Current and unencumbered Nursing Licensure in FL
