About The Position

At Moments Hospice, the Clinical Nurse Liaison will develop and implement programs to raise awareness of hospice services and establish professional relationships within the community. This involves conducting personalized visitations to all primary referral sources and interested parties, and representing the agency at community events. The role is responsible for generating business from new referral sources and identifying opportunities for formal/contractual relationships with physicians, organizations, and payers. The liaison will also work with office staff to ensure new business is successfully initiated. Requirements

Must have valid RN license
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have great clinical skills and be great communicator
Ability to resolve problems and set priorities
Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate needs to the public and to field and office staff
Pleasant telephone demeanor
Ability to work cooperatively with others, outgoing and personable
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
Successful completion of background check process

Nice To Haves

Hospice Admissions experience strongly preferred
Previous Healthcare Marketing Medical Experience Preferred
Hospice and Medicare knowledge and experience preferred

Responsibilities

Become an expert regarding services provided by Moments hospice ensuring effective communication and collaboration with providers
Work in partnership with BD and clinical leadership to develop business plan strategy
