The Clinical Nurse IV Leader at Duke Urgent Care Croasdiale will provide advanced and specialized nursing care in alignment with the guidelines of the Nursing Clinical Ladder Program and the North Carolina Board of Nursing. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care while offering leadership at the local level in key areas such as administration, education, informatics, and quality improvement.
