About The Position

Atrium Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader for our Transplant/Urology department at Carolinas Medical Center. This position is a full-time role with day shifts available. The Clinical Nurse Leader will be responsible for overseeing patient care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably in transplant or urology
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL)
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
