About The Position
The Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Cardiac Hospitalist unit is responsible for assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay. This role focuses on ensuring competent and compassionate care is delivered to patients, including during transitions within the acute care setting, with an emphasis on progress toward discharge.
