The Clinical Nurse II position is a full-time role in the Critical Care Unit (CCU 3A) with a scheduled bi-weekly hour of 72, working night shifts of 12 hours. This position applies nursing processes and theories, as well as principles of psycho-social and physical sciences, in assessing, planning, diagnosing, implementing, evaluating, and modifying patient care. The Clinical Nurse is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self and others under their direction, ensuring care is consistent with the ANA Code of Ethics and the ANA Bill of Rights for Nursing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Must have recent one (1) year clinical nursing experience in Critical Care Unit.
• Registered Nurse License - California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association.
• Ability to communicate in English and perform complex speaking, reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate appropriately.
