About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Clinical Nurse I for a Med/Surg unit, specifically 6GN, working night shifts. This role is within a premier Critical Care Nursing environment, which includes Level 1 Trauma Centers for adult and pediatric patients, a Pediatric Cardiac ICU, the nation’s largest Burn Treatment Center, a Level 4 Neonatal ICU, and a Neuroscience ICU. The hospital delivers expert evidence-based care to over 14,800 patients annually, operating in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS certification
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of acute care RN experience
- At least one year of acute care RN experience in an ICU or two years of Stepdown
