About The Position
The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) plays a vital role in enhancing nursing clinical practice within Skagit Regional Health. This position involves collaboration with nursing managers and the Director of Clinical Practice/Education to develop and implement effective educational programs and strategies that ensure safe, evidence-based care. The CNE is responsible for mentoring nursing staff, evaluating educational needs, and driving quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
