About The Position
The Neuropsychiatry Educator is responsible for the design and implementation of education programs and professional development of nurses in their assigned nursing service; focused on clinical outcomes and practice development. This role involves close collaboration with department managers and the Nursing Quality, Research and Education team to assess educational needs and develop orientation programs for staff within the assigned nursing division. The educator ensures that competencies and skills are current and relevant for the nursing staff.
