About The Position

Advance your nursing career in a leadership role as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator on our fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while mentoring staff and supporting daily unit operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• Active RN license in Tennessee or Compact State (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required within 30 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required within 30 days of hire
• NIH Stroke Certification – Required within 30 days of hire
• Previous Charge Nurse experience (required)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the care team to plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate patient care
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback
• Support staff scheduling, patient flow, and unit operations
• Monitor and manage care in a 34-bed PCU, treating patients with: Chest pain, CVA/TIA, sepsis, pulmonary issues
• Drips: Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, Lasix Neuro and COVID-related conditions
