Requirements

• RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
• Associates degree; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• BLS required, and must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• At least one-year clinical nursing preferred.
• ACLS with 30 days of hire.
• NIHSS Stroke Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Charge and Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
