Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for Med Surg Telemetry (52-Bed Med Surg Telemetry department sees all different types of Med Surg patients.) In this role you will collaborate with other members of the management team to ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. Requirements

Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Nevada
Associates Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
1+ year applicable experience preferred
Current CPR certification from American Heart Association required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required within 30 days of hire
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

You will recommend and implement courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively superior organization.
Assists with staff scheduling and supports proper inventory control of supplies and equipment and performs other duties as assigned.
