Clinical Nurse Coordinator ER
About The Position
Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In this role The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. You will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures You will serve as a resource person for staff You will exercise judgement and provides direction regarding patient care assignments using established policies/procedures You will operationalize evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes You will support the mission, philosophy and goals of the HCA Hospital
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current Nevada Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum of one-year ED experience required
