As a(an) Clinical Nurse Coordinator Cardiac Cath Lab you can be a part of change. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
  • BSN is highly preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.
  • ACLS and PALS are required.
  • 2 years of Critical Care Nursing experience required in Critical Care, ICU, ER, Acute Inpatient setting.
  • Charge experience is highly preferred.

  • Deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the Cardiac Cath Lab Department during the designated shift.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
  • Serve as a resource person for staff.
