About The Position
Engage Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant-RN for a 1099 contract to support an interim project in the post-acute care space. The ideal candidate will live near any of the following cities: Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo, Akron, or Cambridge, and bring strong clinical expertise, leadership, and operational knowledge to help guide providers through best practices, compliance, and quality initiatives. Requirements
- Active RN license, 10+ years preferred
- Proven experience in post-acute/long-term care settings, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
- Coachable with an ability to work independently and deliver results on a project basis
- Must be willing to travel to centers regionally within the state.
