About The Position

The hours of operations are Monday-Friday 11am-9pm, Saturday-Sunday-9am-7pm. PRN is 3 shifts every 6 weeks and you would work a combination of weekdays and weekends. Also, with the PRN status you have to orient at least a PT level (20 hours per week) till you are off of orientation. Orientation could last up to 6 weeks. Performs nursing process while providing direct patient care in a safe and effective manner that promotes quality patient outcomes. Functions as member of interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

12 months RN experience required
Graduation from accredited school of nursing
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year of employment as required by department
No minimally required knowledge, skills, or abilities

Performs nursing process across the continuum to deliver age and developmentally appropriate patient-family-centered care.

Utilizes clinical decision support tools and resources to recognize issues, prioritize care, and modify plan of care as needed.
Utilizes appropriate documentation tools to record, measure, and retrieve healthcare data.
