About The Position

This position is responsible for working collaboratively with the ANS Nursing team and Pharmacy to provide seamless patient and referral source care through quality and coordination of care. The nursing role collaborates with referral sources and treatment teams to develop patient centered plans of care. The position is responsible for reviewing patient documentation and ensuring the information is received in a timely manner. The nurse is also responsible for monthly quality audits, data mining, initiating, and supporting processes for the team.

Requirements

• Excellent interactive skills with employees, physicians, referral sources, and consumers.
• Competency in patient care standards for advanced infusion skills.
• Vast knowledge of SOP, disease states, product/therapy types.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and professionalism.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage day-to-day tasks with little direction.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Resourceful, flexible, and well organized.
• Advanced computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft applications.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
