The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Clinical Scientist (ABMGG board-certified or board-eligible) who’s ready to think bigger, move faster, and help patients get the clarity they deserve. In this role, your expertise in exome and genome sequencing will directly shape care decisions and bring hope to families navigating the unknown. This isn’t just a job. Requirements

  • PhD, MD, or DO degree.
  • ABMGG board certification or eligibility in Clinical Molecular Genetics and Genomics, Laboratory Genetics and Genomics, or Clinical Genetics and Genomics.
  • 2+ years in a clinical diagnostics setting preferred.
  • Strong foundation in human genetics and variant interpretation.
  • Familiarity with NGS analysis, molecular test design, and online genomics resources.
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and time management skills — the kind that inspire confidence and trust.

Responsibilities

  • Decode the rare and the complex: perform clinical data analysis, identifying potentially disease associated variants, by integrating molecular variant assessment with your clinical expertise
  • Own the case: drive each case forward by transforming complex genomic data into clinically meaningful insights
  • Collaborate to lead: work closely with geneticists, genetic counselors, molecular biologists, and bioinformaticians.
  • Push the science forward: contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous workflow improvement.
  • Be part of the conversation: participate in team discussions and provide clinical input on patient level interpretation
  • Be accountable : review and sign out detailed clinical reports with confidence and care.
