About The Position

As part of our team, you’ll support critical microbiological testing and lab operations that directly impact patient safety and product quality. What You’ll Do: Perform microbiological testing including endotoxin and bioburden assays Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) sampling Handle water, clean steam, and compressed gas sampling Follow aseptic techniques with precision Support general lab duties: cleaning, stocking, cold room 5S, and more

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 0–2 years of relevant lab experience
• Hands-on experience with standard microbiology methods and aseptic technique
• Ability to multitask, follow SOPs, and keep accurate records
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with cGMP environments (preferred)
