The Clinical Mentor supports the company's training and development objectives through direction, guidance, coaching and support. Responsible for orientating and integrating newly hired field clinicians into the company, agency and role-specific duties utilizing company policies and best practices. Serves as a role model, provides leadership, demonstrates professionalism, and the values of our company. Collaborates with the Preceptor Program Supervisor, Preceptor and local agency leaders to evaluate the new hire's skills, identify learning gap needs and evaluate training effectiveness. Fosters an environment conducive to learning and that contributes to exceptional care and unparalleled service to the patients, families, and communities we serve. Must be available to travel 50% within assigned territory.
