About The Position
As a Clinical Mental Health Coach at Koplin Consulting, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients in their journey towards mental wellness. This part-time position requires you to meet clients in their homes for 4-6 hours per week, providing recovery coaching that empowers clients to implement the changes they desire in their lives. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in navigating their triggers in real time, helping them to develop new interests and discover ways to enjoy life. You will work closely with clients to create personalized schedules, build a solid support network, foster healthy social relationships, and set up and maintain treatment plans. The role is designed to meet clients where they are, recognizing that home is often where their triggers reside. As a coach, you will tailor your approach to the unique needs of each individual client, ensuring a best-fit match for success. You will also facilitate conversations between clients and their families to help rebuild and repair relationships, which is an essential aspect of the recovery process. Your work will be case-by-case, depending on the fit and schedule of clients, and successful coaching relationships may lead to ongoing contracts for additional cases nearby.
