Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Comfortable performing phlebotomy and EKGs (or willing to be trained)
Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
Organized, adaptable, and detail-focused

Nice To Haves

MA training or certification preferred
Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus

Responsibilities

Support providers during patient evaluations and intake processes
Record vital signs, medical histories, and basic health data
Perform clinical tasks including blood draws, EKGs, and screening procedures
Assist with documentation, chart management, and front-desk coordination as needed
Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for use
Communicate clearly with patients to guide them through the evaluation process
