About The Position

The Clinical MA Educator is responsible for the assistance in operations of the training and education of MAs/MTs. Responsible for obtaining data/metrics to facilitate our financial analysis of hiring for expansion and growth. This position requires traveling for training purposes, within the U.S.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of nursing or education experience preferred
• Experience as a Educator or clinical preferred
• Strong leadership and multi-tasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient in use of Excel
• Ability to commute/relocate: Burbank, CA 91505: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• MUST BE WILLING TO DO SOME TRAVELING

Responsibilities

• Handle materials for in-house training.
• Check charts and provide documentation feedback as providers continue to train.
• Provides answers to basic questions from providers; if more clinical, forward to Clinical VP.
• Data coordinator for metrics and research topics.
• Perform Field Trainings., within CA and U.S.
