About The Position

Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as an RN, Clinical Manager and lead our Outpatient Behavioral Health team. This leadership role oversees nursing operations and supports clinicians across programs including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and a new ketamine initiative. You’ll work closely with MDs, NPs, and a strong, cohesive RN team to ensure operational excellence and patient access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical RN or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of practice

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Nursing
  • 1 year of management experience
  • Behavioral Health experience (not required but a plus)
  • Emotional intelligence and consistency
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to see the big picture and adapt creatively
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for outpatient behavioral health services
  • Lead and support a team of 25+ RNs and MAs
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations Director, Department Chair, and Behavioral Health leadership to optimize workflows for mental health and addiction programs
  • Drive initiatives to improve scheduling and efficiency
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture within the department
