Requirements
- Nursing license in good standing (multi-state preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; home healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory or management experience required
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead diverse clinical teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all clinical aspects of patient care within assigned regions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations, including EEOICPA standards
- Provide leadership, support, and performance evaluations for nursing and clinical staff
- Monitor care plans, documentation, and clinical interventions to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes
- Maintain strong communication with patients, families, staff, and leadership
- Participate in ongoing quality assurance initiatives and process improvements
- Support onboarding, training, and development of clinical personnel
