Requirements
- Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3–5 years home health experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance standards
- OASIS expertise required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)
